  • Shopping Centre “L-153”  (90000 sq.m, anchor tenant – “Ashan” is the first hypermarket of this chain in Moscow area) – has been done a redevelopment of block of building, development of large-scale Shopping Centre concept, and business-plan development. SC became the Laureate of competition “The best investment project and building area in 2004”, nomination for the “Shopping centers (projects, building)”, became the Rating finalist of the Russian Shopping centers - 2005, that has been organized by the Russia trading centers council.
  • Business Park Aviaplàza – conduction of the redevelopment of block of building, development of business park concept, and business-plan development. The project became a finalist of the contest “Commercial Real Estate Awards -2006”.
  • Shopping Centre“Gorod” (134000 sq.m, anchor tenant – “Ashan”) - conducted a redevelopment of block of buildings.
  • Shopping Centre "Clouds"  (96000 sq.m., Orekhovy Avenue, opening: 2007) - redevelopment of block of buildings.
